Ingredients to make discada meat:
- beef pulp cut into small cubes
- 1 kg of pork leg cut into cubes
- 1/2 Kg. of Smoked Bacon cut into cubes
- 1/2 kg of smoked ham cut into squares
- 1/2 Kg of Vienna type sausages cut into cubes
- 1/2 Kg. of Pork Chorizo
- 3 Onions finely chopped
- 3 or 4 garlic cloves
- 6 ball tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch of Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme
- 1 Marjoram
- 2 beers that have not been refrigerated or 1/4 cup of Ron de oro. Oil to eat the necessary.
How to make beef jerky:
- Previously in the blender, put half the onion, half the tomato, cumin, pepper, thyme and marjoram together with the garlic cloves and enough water and grind until everything is well blended
