Diablado and Rustico salmon recipe

Ingredients to make Diablado and Rustico salmon:

  • 10 oz. salmon fish
  • 5 Asparagus
  • 3 tsp. of albacar
  • 3 types of chilies of different colors
  • 3 tsp. d rosemary
  • 1 table butter
  • 1 tsp. granulated mustard
  • 2 tables cyan pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 2 bouquets of cilantro
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c of salt
  • 1/2 c black pepper

How to make deviled and rustic salmon:

  1. First, cut the chills into small squares and roast them with the seedless honey and add the cayan pepper
  2. heat the oil to 200 g put the coriander in the blender and add the hot oil carefully and grind it and then drain it and just use the oil
  3. Cook the asparagus with salt water and cool quickly with ice and water
  4. Cut the salmon square and since it is square and heavy cut it in half in a rectangular shape
