Ingredients to make Spaghetti a la diabla:
- 2 cups Manchego Cheese (grated), Chihuahua
- 1 cup of cream or liquid cream
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
- 1 cup of deviled ham (comes in a can)
- 4 teaspoons of Butter
- 200 grams of Spaghetti
How to make Deviled Spaghetti:
- The spaghetti is cooked for 16 minutes, rinsed, and put in a refractory mold greased with butter, add the tomato puree, the cream, the deviled ham, the salt and the pepper and finally add the cheese above so that it is gratin.
- Served with a fresh green salad.
