Deviled Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghetti a la diabla:

  • 2 cups Manchego Cheese (grated), Chihuahua
  • 1 cup of cream or liquid cream
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 cup of deviled ham (comes in a can)
  • 4 teaspoons of Butter
  • 200 grams of Spaghetti

How to make Deviled Spaghetti:

  1. The spaghetti is cooked for 16 minutes, rinsed, and put in a refractory mold greased with butter, add the tomato puree, the cream, the deviled ham, the salt and the pepper and finally add the cheese above so that it is gratin.
  2. Served with a fresh green salad.
