Deviled shrimp recipe with vinegar

Ingredients to make Deviled Shrimp with Vinegar:

  • 1 kilogram of large shrimp
  • 250 grams of Chile de arbor
  • ½ unit of medium onion
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 20 units of black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 250 grams of butter
  • ½ cup safflower oil
  • ½ cup white vinegar

How to make Deviled Shrimp with Vinegar:

  1. Boil the chills, the onion, the thyme, the bay leaf, the pepper and the garlic for an hour over low heat to start preparing the easy wing diabla shrimp.
  2. Once everything is cold, blend the diabla sauce with the vinegar and the remaining ingredients and when it is done, strain it so that it is fine.
  3. Fry the diabla sauce with half the butter and half the safflower oil in a pan for 15 minutes.
  4. If you want you can also take advantage of it to make delicious deviled eggs.
  5. Fry the whole shrimp or shrimp with the shell and all in a pan with the remaining oil.
  6. Once fried, add the other half of the remaining butter and pour the sauce on top. Let the whole cook for a few minutes and you will have ready these deviled shrimp with very spicy vinegar.
