Ingredients to make Deviled Shrimp with Vinegar:
- 1 kilogram of large shrimp
- 250 grams of Chile de arbor
- ½ unit of medium onion
- 10 garlic cloves
- 8 bay leaves
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 20 units of black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
- 250 grams of butter
- ½ cup safflower oil
- ½ cup white vinegar
How to make Deviled Shrimp with Vinegar:
- Boil the chills, the onion, the thyme, the bay leaf, the pepper and the garlic for an hour over low heat to start preparing the easy wing diabla shrimp.
- Once everything is cold, blend the diabla sauce with the vinegar and the remaining ingredients and when it is done, strain it so that it is fine.
- Fry the diabla sauce with half the butter and half the safflower oil in a pan for 15 minutes.
- If you want you can also take advantage of it to make delicious deviled eggs.
- Fry the whole shrimp or shrimp with the shell and all in a pan with the remaining oil.
- Once fried, add the other half of the remaining butter and pour the sauce on top. Let the whole cook for a few minutes and you will have ready these deviled shrimp with very spicy vinegar.
