Ingredients to make Deviled Prawns:
- 5 kilos of prawns
- 5 teaspoons chile de árbol
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 orange
- 2 pinches of garlic salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of bouillon powder
- 1 small onion
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 teaspoon of ketchup sauce
How to make Deviled Prawns:
- In a blender, grind the chilies, garlic, onion, vinegar and pepper, with enough water, about five minutes.
- Strain and reserve in the refrigerator.
- Separately, in a frying pan, add the butter and fry the prawns for about two minutes.
- Season with the garlic salt and the bouillon.
- Immediately the orange juice, the ketchup and the hot sauce are poured.
- Cook one minute.
- It can be accompanied with a mixed salad and white rice.
