Deviled prawns recipe

Ingredients to make Deviled Prawns:

  • 5 kilos of prawns
  • 5 teaspoons chile de árbol
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 orange
  • 2 pinches of garlic salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of bouillon powder
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup sauce

How to make Deviled Prawns:

  1. In a blender, grind the chilies, garlic, onion, vinegar and pepper, with enough water, about five minutes.
  2. Strain and reserve in the refrigerator.
  3. Separately, in a frying pan, add the butter and fry the prawns for about two minutes.
  4. Season with the garlic salt and the bouillon.
  5. Immediately the orange juice, the ketchup and the hot sauce are poured.
  6. Cook one minute.
  7. It can be accompanied with a mixed salad and white rice.
