  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 130 milliliters of Water
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste

How to make Deviled Fish:

  1. In order to make the deviled fish recipe you must prepare all the ingredients. Although we have used mojarra, you can use the fish that you like the most.
  2. Take a frying pan and put the butter in it so that it melts over medium heat. While it melts, he finely chops the garlic and sautés it in the already melted butter.
  3. Add the previously washed fish fillets and cook them on both sides.
  4. Separately, to prepare the chipotle sauce, blend the onion with garlic, salt and the chipotle peppers with a little water. Blend these ingredients well to form a thick and very spicy sauce, the main characteristic of deviled fish.
  5. When the fish fillets are lightly fried, add the chipotle chili sauce. Then, gradually add the tomato puree to even out the degree of heat.
  6. Trick: If you like the deviled fish to be very spicy, add less amount of tomato.
  7. Let the preparation boil for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish absorbs the sauce. Serve the deviled fish hot
