Ingredients to make Delicious Pumpkin Cream:
- 300 grams of pumpkin.
- 200 ml of béchamel sauce.
- 2 medium units of white onion.
- 500 ml of chicken broth.
- Garlic cloves.
- 150 ml of milk cream or cream.
How to make Delicious Pumpkin Cream:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- Chop the pumpkin into medium squares, take to a pot with water and salt. Cook until soft. Remove and reserve.
- Add the pumpkin to a bowl and process with a little chicken broth.
- Bring the chicken broth with the pumpkin to a pot. Add the cream of milk, the béchamel sauce and a little thyme. Leave over low heat for about ten minutes. Turn off.
- Serve with a little cream on top and potato chips. Enjoy.
