Ingredients to make Rich Provencal Sardines:

  • Sardines, 1 kg.
  • Flour, 1 plate
  • Garlic, 4 cloves
  • Olive oil, Plenty for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons
  • Parsley, abundantly chopped

How to make Rich Provencal Sardines:

  1. Clean the inside of the sardines, opening them in half and removing the bones. Season them and pass them lightly in flour to fry them in the oil.
  2. Once fried and well drained, place them alternately in a dish, mix the parsley with the breadcrumbs and the finely chopped garlic and spread them on top.
  3. We put it in the oven to gratin until the surface is golden.
