Ingredients to make Rich Provencal Sardines:
- Sardines, 1 kg.
- Flour, 1 plate
- Garlic, 4 cloves
- Olive oil, Plenty for frying
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons
- Parsley, abundantly chopped
How to make Rich Provencal Sardines:
- Clean the inside of the sardines, opening them in half and removing the bones. Season them and pass them lightly in flour to fry them in the oil.
- Once fried and well drained, place them alternately in a dish, mix the parsley with the breadcrumbs and the finely chopped garlic and spread them on top.
- We put it in the oven to gratin until the surface is golden.
