Delicious Crepes Recipe

Crepes or crepes are those very thin pancakes, typical of France, which are usually accompanied by both sweet and savory fillings. With the easy recipe that we present below, you will learn how to make a quick dough for crepes and a couple of savory fillings that are ideal to serve as a main dish, as a dinner or even as an appetizer.

Ingredients to make Delicious Crepes:

  • Dough
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 50 grams of butter
  • Filling
  • 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • 2 units of Tomato
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 100 grams of cooked ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Delicious Crepes:

1 List the ingredients.

2 In a bowl, beat the eggs with the flour and then gradually add the milk. We do not add salt or sugar since in this way we can use them with one or another filling. In this case we are going to make savory crepes.

3 Mix until a liquid and homogeneous mixture is achieved. Let rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

4 In a non-stick frying pan, melt a teaspoon of butter and pour a ladle of the mixture, lifting from the heat to help it spread evenly.
