  • 500 milliliters of cream 35% fat
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 180 grams of chocolate 70-80%
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to make Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta:

  1. To get started with the easy chocolate panna cotta recipe, you must first hydrate the gelatin sheets.
  2. Then place them in a bowl covered with cold water for 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, add the cream to heat over medium heat and, followed by, add the sugar. Move little by little so that the sugar mixes well and does not stick.
