Ingredients to make Dancing Enchiladas:

  • 4 pieces of chili color (width)
  • 1 tablespoon of Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 200 milliliters of oil
  • 250 grams of cheese
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 6 pieces of roast chicken
  • 1 package of Salad

How to make Dancing Enchiladas:

The first step is to gather everything you need to prepare the dance enchiladas. The tail and seeds are removed from the ancho chilies (colored chilies), roasted and soaked for half an hour. The chiles are ground with salt to taste and vinegar to obtain the enchilada sauce. Pour the sauce into a container and put a frying pan on the heat, add a splash of oil and wait for it to heat up. While the oil heats up, quickly dip the corn tortillas into the sauce. When the oil is hot, fry the tortillas taking care not to break them. We roll up the tortillas, arrange them on a plate, sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve the dancing enchiladas accompanied by salad and a piece of grilled or fried chicken.
