Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients to make dalgona coffee:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 glass of milk of any kind
- Ice
How to make dalgona coffee:
- Put the coffee, sugar and very hot water in a bowl.
- Beat the ingredients until the mixture takes on a texture similar to that of cream or whipped cream. We suggest using an electric mixer, as it will take several minutes for the mixture to take shape, but don’t give up. Even if it takes longer, you can also mix by hand, but don’t use a blender because it won’t work.
- Tip: The blending time is around 5 minutes, depending on the strength of your blender.
- Serve the ice and milk in a glass. With a normal or ice cream spoon, add the dalgona coffee cream. We recommend mixing the cream with the milk before enjoying it, especially if you don’t like the bitter taste of coffee.
