Ingredients to make Cuttlefish in sauce:
- 1 unit of Cuttlefish (1 Kg.)
- 2 units of tomato
- 1 unit of onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 handful of parsley
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 pinch of peppercorns
- 1 unit of red pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 splash of white wine
How to make Cuttlefish in sauce:
- Cut the cuttlefish into not very thick pieces and put them in a casserole with the oil, the wine, the bay leaf, the parsley, the peppercorns and the red pepper.
- In a blender, grind the onion, garlic and tomato and add this mixture to the cuttlefish, add a little water and salt, let it cook over low heat until tender, trying to that it does not remain with much broth.
- You can add a hot chili pepper.
