Cuttlefish in sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Cuttlefish in sauce:

  • 1 unit of Cuttlefish (1 Kg.)
  • 2 units of tomato
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 pinch of peppercorns
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 splash of white wine

How to make Cuttlefish in sauce:

  1. Cut the cuttlefish into not very thick pieces and put them in a casserole with the oil, the wine, the bay leaf, the parsley, the peppercorns and the red pepper.
  2. In a blender, grind the onion, garlic and tomato and add this mixture to the cuttlefish, add a little water and salt, let it cook over low heat until tender, trying to that it does not remain with much broth.
  3. You can add a hot chili pepper.
