Cutlets with Purple Cabbage and Mashed Recipe

Ingredients to make Chops with Purple Cabbage and Mashed:

  1. 4 pork chop(s)
  2. 3/4 kg apple(s)
  3. 1/4 purple cabbage(s)
  4. 1/2 kg potato(s)
  5. 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  6. salt pepper cumin and oregano
  7. Milk and butter for the purée
  8. Oil

How to make Cutlets with Purple Cabbage and Mashed:

  • Dress the chops with the seasonings and put them to cook in a pot with a little oil. Put over medium heat, so that they cook well. Chop the cabbage medium fine, wash it and put it to cook in another pot with salt, pepper and a tablespoon of sugar. Peel and cook the potatoes with salt. Meanwhile, peel and grate the apples on a medium grater and put half on the cutlets and the other half on the cabbage. Stir and test that the seasoning is correct, both on the chops and on the cabbage. With the potatoes, milk and butter, prepare a creamy puree. Once the cutlets and cabbage are ready. Serve a chop with a side of cabbage and a side of mashed potatoes.
