  • 4 pieces of egg yolks
  • 30 grams of oatmeal
  • 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 splash of vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  1. To get started with the oat milk custard recipe, you must first start by separating the yolks from the whites
  2. In a saucepan add the milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla aroma, mix everything.
  3. With a few rods beat everything well until the flour has dissolved and mixed.
