Curry Chops Recipe

Ingredients to make Curry Chops:

  1. 4 pork chop(s)
  2. 2 teaspoon(s) curry
  3. 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  4. 2 small apple(s)
  5. 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion(s)
  6. 1 cup(s) milk
  7. Salt and pepper

How to make Curry Cutlets:

  • Fry the chops on both sides, add the fine onion, cover for a moment while grating the apple that is added to the chops together with the milk, the dissolved cornstarch and the curry; there should be a smooth sauce, let it boil for 1/2 hour. Serve with rice.
