Culichi steak recipe

Ingredients to make culichi steak:

  • 1/2 kilo of fish fillet
  • 1/2 cream of any brand
  • 3 poblano peppers roasted and deveined
  • onion
  • a garlic clove
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 of Chihuahua cheese and if you like
  • a little bouillon
  • butter to taste

How to make culichi steak:
