Culen Punch

Ingredients to make Culen Punch:

  • 1 packet(s) of culen
  • 3 cinnamon stick(s)
  • 1 cup(s) hot water
  • 3 cloves
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar per liter
  • Schnapps

How to make Culen Punch:

  1. Soak the culén sticks in lukewarm water, immediately peel them with a knife, and put them to boil in three liters of water, add the cloves, cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Let boil about 30 minutes.
  3. Then let it cool and strain it, mixing it with the brandy.
  4. Beat a while, lifting with a ladle and drop. Pack in glass bottles and store in a dark, dry place.
