Ingredients to make Tomato and Cucumber Smoothie:

  • 4 units of ripe salad tomato
  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • 1 unit of Lemon

How to make Cucumber Tomato Smoothie:

  1. We put the tomato, the peeled cucumber and the lemon juice through the blender, all freshly taken from the fridge to eat cold.
  2. If we want a fine cream to remain, we pass it through a fine mesh strainer.
  3. We serve in cold glasses.
  4. We can accompany some bread croutons with a drizzle of olive oil and a few pieces of goat cheese.
  5. Salt is optional.
  6. For 4 people.
