Ingredients to make Cucumber Cream:
- For 4 people:
- 1/2 kilo of cucumbers
- 6 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 yogurts
- 1 cheese in portions
- 1 sprig of parsley
- black pepper
- Salt
How to make Cucumber Cream:
- Peel the cucumbers and crush them in the blender with the garlic, the oil, the cheese and the yoghurt, when it is creamy add the salt and pepper.
- Put in same cups and put them in the fridge for an hour.
- Before serving, add a little finely chopped parsley and a leaf of it as decoration.
