Cucumber Cream Recipe

Ingredients to make Cucumber Cream:

  • For 4 people:
  • 1/2 kilo of cucumbers
  • 6 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 yogurts
  • 1 cheese in portions
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • black pepper
  • Salt

How to make Cucumber Cream:

  1. Peel the cucumbers and crush them in the blender with the garlic, the oil, the cheese and the yoghurt, when it is creamy add the salt and pepper.
  2. Put in same cups and put them in the fridge for an hour.
  3. Before serving, add a little finely chopped parsley and a leaf of it as decoration.
