Real Ingredients to Make Cucumber And Yogurt Cream :
- 5 cucumbers
- 8 lettuce leaves
- butter nut
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 greek yogurt
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons mild vinegar
- Pinch of sugar
- caraway
- Salt
- black pepper
How to make CUCUMBER AND YOGURT CREAM:
- Wash the lettuce leaves and sauté for a minute in a pan with a knob of butter and a pinch of sugar.
- Let cool.
- Peel the cucumbers and blanch them in salted water for a few seconds; go through cold water and cut into thick slices.
- Remove the core of the garlic and slice it.
- Step 2 Put the cucumbers, the lettuce, the garlic, the yogurt and the mint in a blender glass.
- Season with salt and pepper and beat vigorously until you get a fine cream.
- Beat it again gently adding the cream little by little, the caraway and the vinegar.
- Step 3 Strain through a fine sieve and store in the fridge.
- Serve very cold with some fresh mint leaves.
