Cucumber And Yogurt Cream Recipe

Real Ingredients to Make Cucumber And Yogurt Cream :

  • 5 cucumbers
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • butter nut
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 greek yogurt
  • 200 ml of liquid cream
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mild vinegar
  • Pinch of sugar
  • caraway
  • Salt
  • black pepper

How to make CUCUMBER AND YOGURT CREAM:

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves and sauté for a minute in a pan with a knob of butter and a pinch of sugar.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Peel the cucumbers and blanch them in salted water for a few seconds; go through cold water and cut into thick slices.
  4. Remove the core of the garlic and slice it.
  5. Step 2 Put the cucumbers, the lettuce, the garlic, the yogurt and the mint in a blender glass.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and beat vigorously until you get a fine cream.
  7. Beat it again gently adding the cream little by little, the caraway and the vinegar.
  8. Step 3 Strain through a fine sieve and store in the fridge.
  9. Serve very cold with some fresh mint leaves.
