Cucumber and sesame salad recipe

In this recipe we are going to make a light cucumber and sesame salad, being able to add all the ingredients of your choice. Also, we are going to use a homemade Japanese sesame seed sauce, very simple to make and delicious. Let’s see the ingredients and the step by step that we teach you to make this exquisite cucumber salad.

Ingredients to make Cucumber and Sesame Salad:

  • 1 unit of Cucumber
  • 1 bunch of cherry tomatoes
  • 250 grams of cooked asparagus
  • 1 cup of Japanese sesame sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame or sesame seeds

How to make Cucumber Sesame Salad:

The first step to make our cucumber and sesame salad is to prepare all the ingredients. Next, add the cherry tomatoes previously washed and cut in half to the plate where we are going to serve our cucumber salad. Then add some slices of cucumber as seen in the photo to the plate of our cucumber salad.

Then add the cooked and cut asparagus as shown in the photo, if you want to add other vegetables of your choice (lettuce, corn, spinach, etc.) you can do so.

Tip: You can also cook the green asparagus at home yourself right away.

Serve the cucumber and sesame salad bathing with our Japanese sesame sauce and sprinkling the sesame seeds on top of our salad.
