Ingredients to make Cucumber and Apple Salad:
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Burgos type fresh cheese (250 grams)
- 1 green apple
- 70 grams of onions in vinegar
- 70 grams of pitted green olives
- 1 can of mackerel in oil (65-70 grams)
- 10 Integral Hills
- 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of ground garlic powder
How to make Cucumber Apple Salad:
First of all, to make this cucumber and apple salad, we peel and cut the cucumber into thin slices and place it in a salad bowl. Add the olives and pickled onions. Later, we wash the apple and cut it into small pieces. We cut the cheese into cubes. Add the apple and cheese to the salad bowl.
To finish, with the apple and fresh cheese salad, we cut the breadsticks into two or three pieces and add them together with the drained mackerel to the salad.
Tip: Instead of whole meal breadsticks you can use croutons or toasted bread that you have at home.
