Cuban Cassava Fritters Recipe

Ingredients to make Cuban Cassava Fritters:

  • 1kg boiled cassava
  • 3 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 4 cups of corn oil absorbent paper

  • 6 cloves

How to make Cuban Cassava Fritters:
