Ingredients to make Crusted Rice:
- 100 grams of Chorizo
- 250 grams of chopped pork ribs
- 150 grams of fresh sausages
- 1 jet of Oil to fry
- 150 grams of crushed natural tomato
- 1 pinch of saffron threads
- 500 milliliters of chicken or cooked broth
- 350 grams of medium grain rice
- 4 units of Eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Crusted Rice:
- Chop the meat and heat a little oil in a clay pot.
- Fry the meat in it.
- Once golden, add the tomato.
- Crush the saffron with a little of the broth in a mortar.
- Add the broth to the casserole and the saffron, cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes and correct the seasoning.
- Add the rice and cook until it has absorbed the liquid. Withdraw.
