Croaker Fu-yon Recipe

Ingredients to make Corvina Fu-yon:

  • 1 kilo of corvina fillet or other white meat fish
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch of onion or chives (6 units)
  • i am willow
  • oil
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • salted

How to make Croaker Fu-yon:

  1. Cut the fillets into squares of 10 cm, neither too thick nor too thin so that they can be fried without any problem.
  2. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
  3. In a frying pan, pour oil until it covers the surface, heat.
  4. Add finely chopped garlic (2 large cloves) and ginger (half the amount in consideration of garlic).
  5. Don’t let them burn. Immediately incorporate the floured fillets (1/2 kilo app.).
  6. Seal on both sides trying not to fry them too much.
  7. Before reaching this point, we must have 3 beaten eggs in a container with abundant 1 cm chopped branch onion and soy sauce to taste.
  8. All this well beaten is incorporated into the fish that is being fried.
  9. This will form a tortilla which will have to be turned so that it cooks evenly.
  10. Sufficient dexterity is required to turn the tortilla; however you can cut it in four to make it easier to turn.
  11. Then serve and enjoy.
  12. Repeat the operation with the other half of the fish that is remaining.
