Crispy Prawn, Pepper and Brick Pasta Recipe

Ingredients to make Crunchy Prawn, Pepper and Brick Paste:

  • brik paste
  • Prawn
  • Padrón or Gernika pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

How to make Crispy Shrimp, Pepper and Brick Pasta:

  1. Remove the seeds and the stalk of the peppers and fry them in abundant hot oil.
  2. Drain them on absorbent paper, season and reserve.
  3. Peel the prawns, season and reserve.
  4. Extend the brick pasta sheets and place a pepper and a shrimp on top, close with the help of a toothpick to form a small package
  5. Fry them in hot oil and spread them out on absorbent paper so they don’t get oily.
