Crispy Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Crispy Noodles:

  • 1 package of Noodles or Thin Pasta
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 250 grams of Peeled Prawns
  • 1 handful of defatted pork strips
  • 1 tablespoon red bean sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 2 dessert spoons of Sugar
  • 1 unit of beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Corianth leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 unit of Chilli
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Crispy Noodles:

  1. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and when very hot, fry the noodles until crisp and golden.
  2. Once fried, put them on paper napkins to absorb the oil.
  3. Let’s cool
  4. In another pan, heat 3 tablespoons of the excess oil and fry the minced garlic.
  5. Add the pork and prawns and cook over low heat for a few minutes.
  6. Add the red bean sauce, sugar and fish sauce.
  7. Add the beaten egg.
  8. When the latter is almost done, add the crispy noodles and mix everything together.
  9. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with the grated lemon peel, the onion, the split coriander leaves and the chili pepper cut into thin strips.
