Ingredients to make Crispy Fish Meatballs:

  • 3 units of sea bass fillet.
  • 4 units of potatoes.
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano.
  • 2 units of eggs.
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs

How to make Crispy Fish Meatballs:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook until soft.
  3. Cook the tilapia fillets in the oven with one of the tablespoons of oregano and a little mustard. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. Mix the tilapia fillets and the cooked potatoes. With the help of a fork, mix well until a dough is formed.
  5. Form a homogeneous mass with a fork like the one shown in the image.
  6. Add the eggs and mix.
  7. Add the breadcrumbs, the oregano, add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  8. Make medium-sized balls with the mixture.
  9. Bring a frying pan over medium heat, add oil to fry once hot add our fish balls. Brown on all sides. Remove on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
  10. Serve accompanied by garlic and lemon sauce. Enjoy.
