In this recipe we will learn how to make a crispy fish fillet. To do this, we will make a layer of nuts on the tilapia and later we will bake it. It is a very healthy and quick preparation to prepare, ideal for those people who lead a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients to make crispy fish fillet:

  • 1 unit of Tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 splash of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Crispy Fish Fillet:

  1. Before making the crispy fish fillet, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Season the fish fillet with teriyaki sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Reserve it for a moment.
  3. Apart, finely chop the peanuts and almonds; mix with the sesame seeds and the lemon zest.
  4. Add the mixture of nuts on the fish fillet, take it to a greased refractory and bake it at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
  5. Finally, serve the crispy fish fillet with nuts. You can accompany this preparation with a fresh salad, as it is ideal to enjoy at dinner time.
