- 2 eggs

How to make crispy battered fish step by step:
- Prepare the fish fillets and salt them. On the other hand, we chop the parsley and the 2 garlic cloves; Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl and add the garlic and parsley to start preparing the crispy batter for fried fish.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs. Once this is done, we begin to coat the white fish and, for this, we pass the fillets through the egg. Whole fish fillets can be coated in batter, or cut into strips.
