Creamy Salmon with capers recipe

Ingredients to make Salmon with capers in cream:

  • 1 cup capers
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 kilo of salmon
  • 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Creamed Salmon with Capers:

  1. Fry the capers with the butter for about 2-3 minutes over medium high heat.
  2. Then the wine is added until the volume decreases a little.
  3. Add the salmon fillets each to the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Add the liquid cream and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
