- 1 cup capers
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 kilo of salmon
- 4 tablespoons of liquid cream
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Creamed Salmon with Capers:
- Fry the capers with the butter for about 2-3 minutes over medium high heat.
- Then the wine is added until the volume decreases a little.
- Add the salmon fillets each to the pan and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the liquid cream and cook for 5 minutes.
