How to make creamy Mushrooms:
Cut the mushrooms into slices, previously cleaned, meanwhile, put the wok on the fire so that it heats up, when it is hot, add a little oil and sauté the mushrooms. Once they have lost the water, add the milk cream until they are covered, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg (to taste), and cook over medium/high heat, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. After this time, lower the heat and add the goat cheese, approximately one tablespoon for 200 g of mushrooms. After about 2 more minutes remove from heat and enjoy.
