- 500 grams shrimp
- champagne
- thyme
- 3 tablespoons mustard
How to make cream gnocchi with champagne prawns:
- Macerate for 1 h. approx. the prawns in a pan with champagne and thyme (barely a sprinkling) (I treat it like nutmeg), 3 tablespoons mustard.
- Cook in the same pan for about 5 minutes, bring the champagne to a boil, add the cream, cook for another 5 minutes and pour the mixture over the gnocchi
