Creamy Baked Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients to make Creamy Baked Cheesecake:

  1. 1 package of Biscuits (digestive, toast, Maria…)
  2. 100 grams of Butter or margarine
  3. 600 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese (cannot be light)
  4. 200 grams of cottage cheese
  5. 200 milliliters of Cream to mount 35% mg
  6. 120 grams of sugar
  7. 3 eggs
  8. 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 3 tablespoons of cornmeal

How to make Creamy Baked Cheesecake:

  • To prepare this delicious creamy baked cheesecake we begin by making the base. For this we have to chop the cookies until they are made of dust. We can do it in the grinder or by putting them in a bag, closing it and passing the rolling pin over it until there are no larger pieces than others.
  • Once the cookies are chopped, put them in a large bowl and melt the butter in the microwave (if you don’t have a microwave, you can do it in a saucepan over low heat so it doesn’t burn).
  • Add the melted butter to the cookie powder, mix very well with the help of a fork until they have the appearance of wet beach sand and at that moment, we pour it into the bottom of the mold that we are going to use to bake the super cheesecake creamy. We extend very well creating a uniform base and reserve.

  • To prepare the filling, put the cottage cheese, sugar and cheese in a large bowl and beat until a creamy mass is obtained. Then add the cream and vanilla and mix until combined.

  • Finally, we are adding the eggs one by one and beating. I recommend you not put the next one until the previous one is not integrated, because if we put them all at once the creamy Philadelphia cheesecake mixture could look like it has been cut and you need to beat a lot until you get a creamy dough again.
  • To finish we put the cornmeal and mix just enough to integrate it.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold in which we have prepared the biscuit base and leave the surface smooth with the help of a spatula.
  • Place the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 170ºC and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside with the door closed for an hour.
  • Next we take out the cream cheese cake and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Once it is completely cold, we can consume our creamy baked cheesecake, although I advise you to cover it and leave it in the fridge for several hours so that it finishes settling, it will be better!
  • Before serving we can decorate with red fruits, jam, and syrup… whatever you want!
