Ingredients to make Cream Sauce, Gruyere and Ham:
- 150g finely chopped cooked ham
- 150g finely chopped raw ham
- 250g of milk cream
- 200g grated Gruyère cheese
- 50g of butter
- 250g grated Parmesan cheese
- 7 sage leaves, chopped
- Salt
- pepper to taste
How to make Cream Sauce, Gruyere and Ham:
- In a frying pan place the butter with the milk cream and the sage when it breaks the boil add 50g of grated Parmesan cheese and then the grated Gruyère cheese and finally the cooked and raw ham.
- It is seasoned with a little salt and ground black pepper.
