Cream Risotto recipe with mushrooms

Ingredients to make Cream Risotto with Mushrooms:

  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 grams of Pirelli
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 knob of butter
  • Parmesan
  • 250 gr. cooking cream
  • 2 cubes of vegetables

How to make Cream Risotto with Mushrooms:

  1. Put the cubes in a pot with enough water and keep on low heat, it should be kept hot.
  2. Separately, we finely chop the onion and garlic, fry it in olive oil until the onion is transparent.
  3. Add the Pirelli and leave it for 5 more minutes, add the rice and “fry” it for 10 more minutes, add the water with the cube and add until the rice has the point of taste, we must be careful not to overdo it with the cooking because the risotto should not be sticky.
  4. We add the mushrooms (if they are canned we put them directly in the pot, but if they are fresh I advise you to fry them first with garlic in olive oil) we add the wine and the butter nut.
  5. Let it boil for 10 minutes and add the cream and Parmesan, let it rest for 10 minutes and serve. The risotto should be liquid and creamy.
