Ingredients to make Cream Petisú:

  • Custard cream
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
  • 50 grams of starch – cornmeal (Maizena)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 125 grams of pastry flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make cream puffs:

  1. To make this recipe for cream puffs, you must first prepare the cream.
  2. To do this, place all the ingredients mentioned above in a saucepan and beat very well until the cornmeal is well dissolved and without lumps.
  3. Next, place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the cream thickens.
  4. When the thick cream is ready, immediately remove it from the heat so that it does not cut.
  5. When the cream is cold, add it to a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge. Booking.

  14. Place the strips of dough, approximately 10 cm, on a baking sheet. You can also measure with a teaspoon.
  15. Place in the oven until golden brown, approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven. And, when they are golden, turn off and leave about 10 minutes inside.
