Cream of spinach, white wine and sweet potato chips recipe

Ingredients to make cream of spinach, white wine and sweet potato chips:

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
  • 100 ml of milk cream.
  • 1 cup of white wine.
  • 3 cups of water
  • Mix of coarse salt and pepper.

How to make Cream of Spinach, White Wine and Sweet Potato Chips:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Bring a deep pot to medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and the sliced ​​onion and leek. Sauté for about 5 minutes until it turns golden.
  3. While the onion is frying, wash the spinach with the help of a colander (ideally, remove the excess soil it has) Let it drain in the colander.
  4. Add the cups of water to the pot with a little salt and pepper.
  5. When the water is boiling, add the spinach leaves. Let the spinach cook for 5 maximum 7 minutes. Remove the spinach and process.
