Ingredients to make cream of spinach, white wine and sweet potato chips:
- 1 bundle of spinach.
- 1 leek onion.
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
- 100 ml of milk cream.
- 1 cup of white wine.
- 3 cups of water
- Mix of coarse salt and pepper.
How to make Cream of Spinach, White Wine and Sweet Potato Chips:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- Bring a deep pot to medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and the sliced onion and leek. Sauté for about 5 minutes until it turns golden.
- While the onion is frying, wash the spinach with the help of a colander (ideally, remove the excess soil it has) Let it drain in the colander.
- Add the cups of water to the pot with a little salt and pepper.
- When the water is boiling, add the spinach leaves. Let the spinach cook for 5 maximum 7 minutes. Remove the spinach and process.
- Process the spinach with a little of the base broth of the cream.
- Return the cream and add the white wine to the pot. Leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Add the milk cream and untie well.
- Serve the cream accompanied by sweet potato chips and a tablespoon of milk cream. Enjoy.
