Ingredients to make cream of spinach or chard:
- 2 bundles of spinach or Swiss chard
- 4 cups of water
- 1 large potato
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- A splash of olive oil
- grated butter cheese lengthwise
- a pinch of salt
