Cream of spinach and oatmeal recipe

Ingredients to make cream of spinach and oatmeal:

  • for 4 people
  • 600 grams of spinach
  • 100 grams of oat flakes
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
  • Salt

How to make Cream of Spinach and Oatmeal:

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. After this time, remove the pan from the heat and pass the ingredients through the blender until you get a fine cream.
  3. Once this cream is obtained, season with salt and serve hot.
