Cream of potato and celery recipe

Ingredients to make Potato and Celery Cream:

  • 200 grams of Celery
  • 4 units of Potato
  • 1 handful of matchstick potato chips
  • 250 grams of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 70 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Cream of Potato and Celery:

  1. For this delicious potato and celery cream, the first thing we must do is get all the ingredients ready.
  2. Chop the celery and in a very hot pot with a little oil, brown it for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Next, peel the potatoes and cut them into squares. Add these potatoes to the celery and brown for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. For our cream of celery we need to add the chicken broth and cook over low heat for half an hour or until the potatoes are soft.
  5. After half an hour and when we rectify that the potatoes are soft, we take the mixture to the blender and blend until obtaining a homogeneous and thick cream.
  6. We take this cream back to the pot, add the milk cream and rectify the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
