Ingredients to make Cream of Onions Soup:
- 1 and 1/2 cup onions
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 liter of milk paprika nutmeg a teaspoon of grated cheese and a teaspoon of minced parsley
How to make Cream of Onion Soup:
- Brown the onion in the butter, add and mix, stirring the flour, the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and gradually adding the milk.
- Boil slowly until onions are tender.
- Season with paprika, nutmeg and salt to taste.
- When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
