Cream of Onion Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of Onions Soup:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup onions
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 liter of milk paprika nutmeg a teaspoon of grated cheese and a teaspoon of minced parsley

How to make Cream of Onion Soup:

  1. Brown the onion in the butter, add and mix, stirring the flour, the 1/2 teaspoon of salt and gradually adding the milk.
  2. Boil slowly until onions are tender.
  3. Season with paprika, nutmeg and salt to taste.
  4. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley.
