Ingredients to make Onion and Cheese Cream:
- 1 kilo of white onions
- 50 grams of butter
- Salt to taste
- white pepper to taste

- 1 vegetable broth tablet
- 1/2 l of milk or more

How to make Onion and Cheese Cream:
- Peel and chop the julienne onion and put in a pot along with the onion over low heat, move so that it does not burn (eye should not brown).
- Allow to sew and lose the strong onion flavor approx. for about 15m then add the pepper, powdered vegetable broth and the flour, while stirring and adding the milk.
