Cream of onion and cheese recipe

Ingredients to make Onion and Cheese Cream:

  • 1 kilo of white onions
  • 50 grams of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 vegetable broth tablet
  • 1/2 l of milk or more
  • 50 grams buttery cheese
  • Finely chopped parsley to taste on each plate

How to make Onion and Cheese Cream:

  1. Peel and chop the julienne onion and put in a pot along with the onion over low heat, move so that it does not burn (eye should not brown).
  2. Allow to sew and lose the strong onion flavor approx. for about 15m then add the pepper, powdered vegetable broth and the flour, while stirring and adding the milk.
  3. Continue moving try to stick the bottom to us and let sew for approx. 15m without stopping moving, increase milk if necessary.
  4. Turn off the heat and then blend all preparation, empty the pot and bring to the fire and add the grated buttery cheese and move only for 5 m, finish seasoning if you need salt and pepper.
  5. Serve and on each plate put the chopped parsley and toasted bread in squares, it is very exquisite now for this cold
