Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of Mushroom Soup:

  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of water 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to make Cream of Mushroom Soup:

  1. Cook over low heat until tender, the cup of mushrooms in half a cup of water, chop the mushrooms and add the 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Prepare a white sauce with the 2 tablespoons of butter, flour, milk and salt, add the mushrooms and the broth to the white sauce, stirring gently and serve with chopped parsley.
