  • 500 grams of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 white onion
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 500 milliliters of whole milk
  • 50 grams of dried thyme
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make cream of mushroom soup without cream:

  1. The first step to make this mushroom cream without cream is to pre-list the ingredients that we are going to need to make it.
  2. Next, cut the big-headed onion into small squares. Bring a pan to medium heat and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil. Then add the chopped onion and fry.
