  • 1 unit of Melon
  • 3 slices of Ham
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking cream
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of oil

How to make melon cream with ham:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients that we will need.
  2. We split half a melon and cut it into small pieces to pass it through the blender or Chinese.
  3. Add salt, pepper and three tablespoons of cooking cream. In this case I have put light cream but it can be perfectly normal. We beat it all until it is uniform. It is removed and put in the fridge so that it is very fresh.
