Ingredients to make Cream of lettuce with leek and potato:
- For 4 people:
- 2 lettuce.
- 100 g of onion.
- 1 bunch of leeks.
- 1 potato.
- Olive oil.
How to make Cream of lettuce with leek and potato:
- Finely chop the onion and leeks and sauté very slowly.
- Cut the potato as for an omelet and add to the whole.
- When the onion begins to color, add the julienned lettuce (in strips).
- Remove and add water and salt until it covers the whole.
- We pass the cream through the blender and rectify water if necessary.
- Season with salt and serve in consommé cups with some croutons of fried bread.
