Cream of lettuce with leek and potato recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of lettuce with leek and potato:

  • For 4 people:
  • 2 lettuce.
  • 100 g of onion.
  • 1 bunch of leeks.
  • 1 potato.
  • Olive oil.

How to make Cream of lettuce with leek and potato:

  1. Finely chop the onion and leeks and sauté very slowly.
  2. Cut the potato as for an omelet and add to the whole.
  3. When the onion begins to color, add the julienned lettuce (in strips).
  4. Remove and add water and salt until it covers the whole.
  5. We pass the cream through the blender and rectify water if necessary.
  6. Season with salt and serve in consommé cups with some croutons of fried bread.
