Ingredients to make Leek and Watercress Cream:
- 500 gr. leeks
- Olive oil
- 200 ml. Liquid cream
- Salt
- 150 gr. bunches of watercress
- 750ml Vegetables soup
- 1 teaspoon of corn flour
- Black pepper
How to make Leek and Watercress Cream:
- Wash the leeks and watercress. Chop the leeks very finely and fry everything in a pan with a little oil, until the leek is transparent. Add the broth, bring to a boil and season.
- Dilute the cornmeal in the cream and add it to the broth. We give another boil and pass it through the blender. It is accompanied with castrones of special fried bread.
