Ingredients to make Cream of Leeks and Broccoli:
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3 minced garlic(s)
- 2 broccoli (just their florets)
- 6 sliced leek(s) with some of their green part
- 1 tablespoon(s) mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) oregano
- Chicken soup
- 1/4 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Cream of Leeks and Broccoli:
- Brown the garlic, broccoli and leeks in oil and butter, add mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Top with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook approximately 25 minutes.
- Blend, put in a pot, heat and add the cream, serve.
